Hi and welcome to Polka Dotted Tiffany.

This is me. This photo was taken on the day my other half Paul proposed to me, and everything in the picture represents some part of the day. It was the most amazing day of my life so far.

Why the name? 

I found coming up with a blog name quite difficult. I liked the idea of having my name included and thought about all the things I like. I really love polka dots and I have done for a long time, and from that the name just came together. 

Here are a few things about me:

I like baking.

I love eating.

I like crafting.

I love stationery, all kinds, I just can’t resist it.

I'm currently taking part in Project 365, or 'A Photo A Day'. You can find out more about this on the Project 365 page.

I’m interested in aviation / commercial airlines and am slightly obsessed with commercial jets.

I love sarcasm and wit in a person – It’s probably my favourite kind of humour.

I love tea. Both the drink and afternoon varieties.

I love polka dots – they’re pretty and anything with polka dots draws my eye.

I hate peanuts. Whenever people hear this they ask me if I’m allergic. I’m not, I just don’t like them.

I like to travel and see places.

My other half and I currently rent a tiny one bedroom flat which we have outgrown. It can get a bit crazy but we make do.

I turn 30 this year and unlike many other people I'm really looking forward to my 30's. I have a lot planned for the next decade and I feel like everything is starting to fall in to place. I am realising who I am and who I want to be and I am working towards that. I am becoming more comfortable in myself. 

I have a bad habit of getting something out then not putting it back when I’ve finished with it, much to the annoyance of everyone else. I’m trying to be better at this this!

I would say this blog would be in the Lifestyle category, as I will be posting about all kinds of things, from baking to travel and crafting to wellbeing.
